Nate is very knowledgeable, very professional, very thorough, timely and very reasonably priced. He repaired two computers for us and was great to work with. He was in touch with us throughout the repair to keep us informed of what the issues were and how he was fixing them. After the repair Nate tested the machine to make sure it was working properly, he played a few games on it. He was thoughtful enough to make sure he did not exceed my sons progress or levels on any games he tested out. This just goes to show how much thought he puts in to his work!
